The food was delicious and the staff were attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. the location was picturesque and we appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We found the daytime activities lacking. A heated swimming pool, play area for kids, and better phone reception would have been appreciated.

The food was decent throughout my stay, and the surroundings were nice. The location was relatively good, not too far from town but far enough from the chaos. Had a good time swimming, though the water was very cold.

The music played was exceedingly loud all day long, which was a bit of a letdown as I was anticipating peace and quiet. The housekeeping was lacking as the mop used had an unpleasant smell and the towels were soiled.

This place is set away from the big city, and offers a quiet and peaceful environment. the restaurant serves quality food, and the staff is very attentive. the building itself is quite beautiful, especially the restaurant area. our room could have been cleaner and better equipped with curtains to block the bright garden lights that kept us awake at night.

The hotel lacks activities to keep guests busy during the day, and the swimming pool could benefit from being heated. the slow and unreliable wifi made it difficult for business travelers to stay connected.

The food was excellent and the structures were beautiful. The restaurant was also stunning, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The serene countryside location away from the bustle of Naivasha added to the overall pleasant experience.

Pros , We enjoyed the wonderful exclusive amenities available at this hotel. the sun terrace was lovely, with well, placed sun loungers to ensure guests get maximum luxury treatment. the entertainment provided was amazing. We loved the great food served throughout our stay. the splendid restaurant and bar/lounge area were very well laid out, with beautiful decor. the lush green garden area was quite inviting.

Cons , We had trouble with the phone and Wi, Fi connections here, which was a minor issue considering how excellent the services were. But for business travelers, this would be a concern.
